第9回 中川原哲治・惠子と里彩 染め 織り 紡ぎの布展
樹々に育まれた繭から、真綿、糸、そして布へ。
受け継がれてきた染織の技法を重ねながら、風が通い、光をたたえる布の佇まいを、一枚ずつ丁寧にご紹介いたします。
絹あきは織布、絹からみ織り布、手紡ぎ真綿や強撚糸を生かした布など、素材の気配と手仕事の時間が宿る作品を展示いたします。

Dyed, Woven and Spun Textiles Exhibition
From cocoons nurtured among the trees to silk floss, thread, and cloth.
Through dyeing and weaving techniques handed down over generations, we present textiles that carry wind and quietly hold the light.
On view are open-weave silk textiles, leno-weave textiles, and works shaped with hand-spun floss silk and strongly twisted yarns.
We warmly invite you to experience the presence of these materials and the time held in handwork.
